A proven leader in enterprise sales performance, Barnett brings more than two decades of experience designing and executing strategies that deliver measurable growth. He has led high-impact initiatives for major clients in financial services, life sciences, technology, and manufacturing, helping sales organizations navigate complex buying environments and achieve sustained performance improvement.

Barnett has worked extensively with strategic accounts and enterprise organizations, specializing in building seller effectiveness and performance systems that transform sales organizations from the ground up. He is also enthusiastic about the evolving role of technology in sales training, particularly the integration of AI in coaching and simulation.

Before joining RAIN Group, Barnett held leadership roles at multiple sales performance firms, including Richardson Sales Performance and Miller Heiman Group. Earlier in his career, he served as Regional Field Director at Universal Technical Institute, leading five sales teams across the Eastern U.S., and held sales management roles at Aetna US Healthcare. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware and currently resides in the Greater Philadelphia area.
