Will is a builder. At 3Pillar, he most recently led Global Sales Enablement, where he stood up a new portfolio of AI-asset-led services in partnership with executive and technical leadership, and shipped agents, workflows, and AI-powered skills directly into the hands of revenue teams running major pursuits. Before that, as 3Pillar’s founding Global Head of Learning & Development, he built 3Pillar University and owned upskilling for 2,500+ engineers globally, alongside leadership programs for high-potential talent across 13 countries and 230+ formal learning paths.

Will’s earlier career was spent building the training products and delivery systems in the sales methodology category. As VP of Global Client Advisory Services at Challenger, Inc., he led 70+ advisors delivering 6,500 annual engagements in 17 languages. At CEB and Gartner, he was a core contributor to the development and global scaling of the training methodologies behind The Challenger Sale, The Challenger Customer, and The Effortless Experience.
Will holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and a BA from Wake Forest University. He lives in Raleigh, North Carolina, with his wife Shanna and their two children, Conor and Avery.
