He is responsible for ensuring organizational health, strategic direction, and growth performance of the organization and its employees.
Scott has more than 30 years of executive leadership in global organizations and advisory functions in multiple industries, including over ten years in the sales training and development space. In addition, he has led commercial growth, operational efficiency, and transformation initiatives for organizations such as Garten, FedEx, and Oakwood Worldwide where he served as a key strategic leader in the revenue, operations, and client experience functions.

In addition to his current role he coaches, develops, and influences leaders through a variety of different organizations. His hands-on leadership experience and certifications to facilitate multiple leadership, selling, and customer experience platforms provide him with the opportunity to work with executive leaders throughout the globe. He also serves on multiple non-profit boards for organizations that elevate the marginalized in the US, the Middle East, and North Africa.
In his personal time, Scott enjoys sports, movies, and global travel with his spouse and family. He holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising from Indiana University and completed the executive education program at University of Texas McCombs School of Business. Scott and his family currently reside in Chandler, AZ.
