Erica Schultz, Strategic Advisor

Erica Schultz is a growth strategist, marketing leader, and advisor to high-performing learning and development organizations.

Erica has spent the last two decades building and scaling B2B companies—leading go-to-market strategy, demand generation, brand development, and thought leadership to drive measurable revenue growth.

As Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Leader at RAIN Group, Erica led the firm’s marketing and brand evolution from a small practice to a globally recognized leader in sales training with a blue-chip client base. She helped rebrand  the company, expand internationally, and earn recognition as a Top Sales Training Company by Gartner, Selling Power, and Training Industry—multiple years running. Under her leadership, marketing drove over 90% of new business acquisition.

Now, as a Strategic Advisor to both RAIN Group and Alchemist Learning & Development—following Alchemist’s acquisition of RAIN Group in 2024—she focuses on advising on GTM and expansion strategies across the US and Europe in both sales training and leadership development.

Erica's work has been featured in Entrepreneur, MarketingProfs, HubSpot, American Express, and others. She's appeared on ABC World News Tonight, ESPN, and in People magazine, and is the author of Not Today: The 9 Habits of Extreme Productivity (BenBella, 2021).

Outside of work, Erica lives on a lake outside of Boston with her family, where she enjoys paddle boarding, golfing, skiing, and supporting causes close to her heart—including congenital heart defect (CHD) awareness and organ donation. She was honored with the American Heart Association’s Heart of Gold Award for my work in this space.
