During her tenure at RAIN Group, she played a key role in the company’s brand evolution and digital transformation, positioning marketing as a significant contributor to pipeline growth, market visibility, and revenue generation.

Following RAIN Group’s acquisition by Alchemist Group, Beth stepped into a broader global leadership role focused on scaling marketing across the organization’s growing multi-brand platform. Blending analytical thinking with strong creative direction, she brings a human-centered approach to growth that connects brand, buyer psychology, and performance outcomes.
