Location: Remote (South Korea Based)
Type of Role: Part time, contract
Are you an independent sales training facilitator who is fluent in Korean and English and is looking to align with a proven, time-tested sales methodology infused across a wide and deep portfolio of training offerings?
We are seeking dynamic individuals who are experts in training facilitation and who have experience delivering engaging learning in any of the following industries: technology, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, or professional services.
Do you relish the opportunity to work with salespeople, sales managers and sales leaders to help them unleash their own sales potential and that of their organizations?
Do you thrive on delivering high-energy, high-impact, active learning experiences that make the participants the stars of the show?
This role is primarily responsible for crafting, delivering, and enabling our solutions in South Korea, with potential to work on select engagements in global settings. Your main focus will be to drive learner and client transformation and results through the delivery of tailored content and RAIN Group IP through training, coaching, and reinforcement, utilizing a variety of delivery mediums.
Successful candidates are creative thinkers with motivational energy who are comfortable working as part of a team. Training facilitators must have a sound understanding of adult learning theory and the use of experiential learning techniques.
