Sales Training Facilitator

Position Title: Sales Training Facilitator

Location: Remote (U.S. Based)

Type of Role: Part time, contract

We are seeking dynamic individuals who are experts in B2B sales and who have experience delivering engaging sales training in industries such as: technology, manufacturing, engineering, telecommunications, or professional services.

This role is primarily responsible for crafting, delivering, and enabling our solutions in the US, with potential to work on select engagements in global settings. Your main focus will be to drive learner and client transformation and results through the delivery of tailored content and RAIN Group IP through training, coaching, and reinforcement, utilizing a variety of delivery mediums.


Role Highlights

You'll work within our client and product teams and be responsible for partnering directly with clients to execute the delivery of our programs, so they achieve mutually agreed-upon client results. This includes tailoring content, delivering and facilitating sessions, providing coaching, and reinforcing key concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Drive client transformation and results by delivering world-class programming
  • Project manage client engagements to ensure seamless execution, custom design, and details managed/produced on time and on budget
  • Master IP knowledge, and be a source for others as an IP expert
  • Meet or exceed KPIs for client feedback on programming and facilitation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to enable successful deliveries
  • Maintain professional client and internal communication at the highest level
  • Support sales or large-scale projects as needed
  • Provide feedback to sales, product, marketing, and client results teams as needed

Desired Skills, Attributes, and Competencies

Successful candidates are creative thinkers with motivational energy who are comfortable working as part of a team. Training facilitators must have a sound understanding of adult learning theory and the use of experiential learning techniques.


Additional Requirements Include

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • Training facilitation experience and stellar references
  • Demonstrated experience selling and/or leading sales teams
  • Outstanding group facilitation and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of the instructional design process
  • Ability to adapt and relate to all levels of leadership, management, and employees with ease and enthusiasm
  • Ability to ramp up quickly on specific verticals and organizations
  • Open to coaching and feedback
  • Willingness to travel extensively domestically and open to international travel
  • Reasonably convenient access to a major airport hub
  • Availability and interest in training in the range of 2-10 days per month (exclusive of travel) depending upon demand
