Winning gold in the sales achievement category for Sales Training Program of the Year in the technology industry, RAIN Group created a highly customized prospecting and productivity training program. Winning bronze for Best Use of Thought Leadership in Complex Sales, the RAIN Group Center for Sales Research launched a global study of 1,000+ sales managers and sellers. Analysts wanted to know what the best sales managers and coaches do, how they work with sellers, and what skills they possess. They also analyzed what sets the best sellers apart from the rest and how organizations can best enable their teams. Results were shared in two reports, The Top-Performing Sales Manager and The Top-Performing Seller, and in blogs, infographics, articles, and webinars.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals. More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry in 49 nations and territories were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 170 professionals worldwide on seven specialized judging committees.
