Administrative Coordinator

Type of Position: Full-Time, Salaried
Location: Remote
Experience: 3+ years in an administrative role

If you have a great eye for detail, can jump in and problem solve, and have been a successful administrator, coordinator, or customer service rep with a passion for getting things done, we'd love to talk. Comfort with technology, communication, and managing processes and information is a must. In addition, the right candidate will be comfortable tech hosting virtual meetings and appearing on camera with a light speaking role.

The Administrative Coordinator will report directly to the COO and will have a broad range of responsibilities. The position combines administrative support, customer service, scheduling, communications, data entry, and a variety of other tasks.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will/may include:

  • Scheduling and calendar management for a group of RAIN leaders and functions
  • Frequent email communication both internally and externally
  • Organizing files, projects, media assets, and other content
  • Supporting various technologies with light user support, data entry, and project work
  • Customer service for a wide variety of internal and external questions and needs
  • Hosting virtual training sessions as a technical host, with a light speaking role, on camera

Specific Skills
  • Experience with MS office
  • Mastery of calendar management
  • Email, written, phone and virtual platform communications skills
  • Ability to learn and manage common software packages (such as Asana)
  • Customer service experience
  • File organization and management experience
  • Comfort on-camera to serve as host
