Consultant/Facilitator, North America

RAIN Group, an award-winning global provider of innovative sales training and performance improvement services, is seeking a Consultant to add to our expanding team.

This is a remote role based in the US.

The Consultant role is primarily responsible for crafting, delivering, and enabling our solutions in the US, with potential to work on select engagements in global settings. Your main focus is to drive learner and client transformation and results through the delivery of tailored content and RAIN Group IP through training, coaching, and reinforcement, utilizing a variety of delivery mediums.

Responsibilities

You'll work within our Client and Product teams, and be responsible for partnering directly with clients to execute the delivery of our programs so they achieve mutually agreed client results. This includes the tailoring of content and the delivery and facilitation of sessions, coaching, and reinforcement.

Additional responsibilities include:


  • Drive client transformation and results by delivering world-class programming, with a targeted utilization of 60% time in delivery, crafting, or enabling of programs.
  • Project manage client engagements to ensure seamless execution, custom design, and details managed/produced on time and on budget
  • Master IP knowledge, and be a source for others as an IP expert
  • Meet expected KPI for client feedback on programming and facilitation
  • Collaborate with internal teams on behalf of the client, accessing project management, development, content, technology to enable successful deliveries
  • Professional client and internal communication at the highest level
  • Supporting sales or large-scale projects as needed
  • Providing feedback to sales, product, marketing, and client results teams as needed

Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • Training facilitation experience and stellar references
  • Demonstrated experience selling and/or leading sales teams
  • Outstanding group facilitation and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and modern collaboration software
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of the instructional design process
  • Ability to adapt and relate to all levels of leadership, management, and employees with ease and enthusiasm
  • Ability to ramp up quickly on specific verticals and organizations
  • Open to coaching and feedback
  • Willingness to travel extensively domestically and open to international travel
  • Reasonably convenient access to a major airport hub
  • Availability and interest in training in the range of 2-10 days per month (exclusive of travel) depending upon demand
