Responsibilities

You’ll be expected to develop, implement, and track inbound marketing campaigns to ultimately increase our lead generation success. The position combines email marketing, copywriting, lead generation and nurturing, CRM management, design, content marketing, and coordination of multiple marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implement all aspects of lead generation campaigns including targeting (list development, segmentation), offer development (content creation, editing, design), campaign implementation (copywriting, lead nurturing), and results tracking
  • Manage email calendar and lists, including email creation, testing and proofreading, scheduling, list segmentation, and optimization to increase response rates
  • Write, edit, format, schedule, and optimize web pages and blog posts for search engines and lead generation
  • Manage content marketing campaigns from start to finish, including planning, editing, designing, and tracking results of white papers and research reports
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  • Co-host webinars, manage speakers, finalize presentations, manipulate recording files, and track results
  • Format content for collateral, case studies, white papers, and research reports in Adobe InDesign

Position Requirements

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with many moving parts and tight deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • The ability to write, edit, and proofread at an extremely high level
  • Experience with HubSpot or equivalent CMS and CRM
  • Knowledge of front-end web development and at least basic skills in HTML/CSS
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, but comfort working in Illustrator is a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Interest in sales topics and learning about sales

Candidates must have a strong work ethic, the ability to problem-solve, and must be able to learn quickly and adapt to any situation.

This position can be fully remote (United States) or work from home (if in the Boston area). 

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation is a competitive salary plus bonus potential based on individual and company performance. We offer health insurance through Tufts Health Plan, 401k and profit share plan and a generous mix of all-purpose vacation, sick, and personal days.
