RAIN Group, an award-winning global provider of innovative sales training and performance improvement services, is seeking a Director of Enterprise Business Development to add to our expanding team.
This is a remote role based in the US.

In this role, you won't be tied to a specified geographic selling territory, and will be unrestricted in your ability to hunt new business. You'll have the opportunity to do your best work by leveraging our wide and deep portfolio of innovative offerings, and focus your energy and effort on generating, winning, and expanding business. When you join the team, you'll be able to capitalize on our collaborative working environment, including: access to sales subject matter experts; a selling team consisting of colleagues with extensive complex consultative selling experience; and a close working relationship with marketing, enablement, and client delivery and success teams. You'll become fluent in leading masterful sales conversations the RAIN Group way. As you'll be selling sales training, you'll fully embrace and represent RAIN Group’s sales methodology and processes, modeling these for prospective clients so they can see our approach come alive.
