As Vice President at RAIN Group, Steve leads the company’s management and operations functions. He is responsible for strategic planning, client and company operations, human resources, and administrative management. Steve marshals company resources and creates and maintains systems and processes that keep the firm running smoothly and efficiently.
Currently Steve is leading RAIN Group’s domestic and international expansion efforts as the company continues to grow its sales and delivery footprint to be able to improve sales performance for clients worldwide.
Steve has more than fifteen years’ experience in general management and operational roles in both the education and consulting industries. Prior to joining RAIN Group, he served as General Manager at a boutique educational services firm at which he wrote and edited curricula, participated in instructional design, developed new business, trained staff, and was a sought-after writer and public speaker. During his tenure, the company enjoyed tremendous growth, becoming the standard bearer for service and results in its markets.
Steve holds his MBA, summa cum laude, from Babson College and his BA in Psychology, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst’s Honors program. He is also a proud Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America. Steve enjoys reading, staying active, and spending time with his family.
